摘　　要：利用数据有效性设置功能可以预先设置某一个或多个单元格区域所允许输入的数据类型和范围,设置输入提示信息和输入错误提示信息,这样即保证了数据的正确性,同时也提高了数据的录入效率。It may establish in advance some or many unit standard domain using the data validity establishment function to permit the input data type and scope. To establish input prompt information and the input wrong prompt information, like this namely had guaranteed the correctness of data, also enhanced simultaneously the data input efficiency.
