民用机场净空环境保护标准分析

摘　　要：对民用机场净空标准的主要影响因素和确定依据进行了详细分析,指出机场净空标准不是最高标准,即并非满足了该标准就意味着机场的净空条件达到了理想状况;也不是最低标准,即并非必须完全满足该标准飞机才能在机场安全运行。Detailed analysis was made on the civil airport clearance specification and its basis as well as main affecting factors. The author point out that the civil airport clearance specification is neither the highest standard, i.e. an airport in accordance with the specification might not have the most ideal clearance; nor the minimum standard, i.e. an airport is not necessarily totally meet the specification for aircraft safety operation.
