谐振腔镜对激光模式匹配效果的影响

摘　　要：利用匹配透镜将激光光束与谐振腔进行模式匹配时，均不考虑谐振腔镜对匹配效果的影响。本文从理论上分析了进行激光模式匹配时谐振腔镜对匹配效果的影响，计算了影响的程度，并给出了消除影响的修正公式。When using matching lens gets mode matching with laser and resonator.We don't think over the influences of matching effect by resonator mirror.In this paper,we analysed the influences in theory,and calculated the degrees of the influences and got out the revise formula to remove the influences.
