差分脉冲伏安法测定蒲桃叶中芦丁的含量

摘　　要：研究了芦丁在活化了的玻碳电极上的伏安行为,芦丁在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的循环伏安曲线有一对氧化还原峰,在pH值4.0的磷酸盐溶液中,芦丁的差分脉冲伏安曲线的峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.8～50μmol/L,检出限为0.3μmol/L。建立了在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中用差分脉冲伏安法测定芦丁含量的方法,该法简单、灵敏、重现性好。用标准加入法测定蒲桃叶试样中芦丁的含量,得率为15.7mg/g,相对标准偏差为3.3%。Voltammetric behavior of rutin at activated glassy carbon electrode （GCE） was studied. The voltammegram shows a pair of redox peaks when potential scans in a phosphate buffer（PBS） containing rutin. In the phosphate solution of pH value 4.0, the peak current of differential pulse vohammetry （DPV） for rutin rises as its concentration increases, and good linearity was observed over a range of 0.8-50 μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.3 μmol/L. This method was developed for the determination of rutin content in plant extracts which is simple and sensitive with good repeatability. A sample of S. jambos leave was determined with this method in standard-addition way to obtain the rutin content of 15.7 mg/g with RSD of 3.3 %.
