城市群功能结构升级路径探析

摘　　要：城市群功能结构有序升级是城市群区域经济社会环境可持续发展的关键。论文从核心城市自主创新、生产性服务中心培育、城乡统筹发展、城市群内部的紧密配合协作、与国家级城市群乃至世界级城市群有效对接等方面深入分析了城市群功能结构升级路径。最后结论为:自主创新是关键,生产性服务业是前提,城乡统筹是保障,配合协作是基础,有效对接是根本。只有同时处理协调好上述五方面关系,才能推动城市群结构功能有序升级。The upgrade of structure and function is the key which economic and social sustainable development in urban agglomeration. This paper thoroughly analysis the upgrade path of structure and function in urban agglomeration region from independent innovation and producer services nurture of central city, integration of urban and rural development, effective connect with national or world urban agglomeration, and the close co - ordination and collaboration within and outside urban agglomeration, etc. Finally, the conclusions are as follows： Independent innovation is the key, producer services development is a prerequisite, integration of urban and rural development is Security, effective connect is foundation, the close co - ordination and collaboration is base. At the same time, only to deal with the above - mentioned good coordinated relationship between the five areas in order to promote urban agglomeration structure and function in an orderly upgrade.
