摘　　要：十六届六中全会强调要发展慈善事业,增强全社会慈善意识。本文从三个方面论述了慈善文化建设与和谐社会构建的关系:和谐社会需要发达的社会慈善事业,发展慈善事业需要慈善文化背景,慈善文化促进和谐社会构建。The 6th plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of CPC stressed that developing the charitable cause, strengthening the charitable consciousness of society. From three aspects, the article discussed the relations between the charitable civilization and the harmonious society construction： the harmonious society needs the developed charitable matter. Developing the charitable cause needs the charitable civilization background. The charitable civilization promotes the construction of the harmonious society.
