摘　　要：侦查监督是刑事诉讼法律监督的重要组成部分,但由于我国现行法律对侦查监督的相关规定存在缺陷,司法实践中侦查监督仍然面临诸多问题。完善我国侦查监督机制的对策包括提高检察权的权威性和独立性、完善侦查监督的纠错机制、强化人民检察院对侦查措施的控制等。The detection surveillance is the important constituent of criminal law surveillance. But our present stipulation on the process of judicial existed some barriers, there are still many problems. This article proposed consummated the countermeasure to investigate the surveillance mechanism ： enhances the examinational authority and the independence, consummates the detection surveillance the error correction mechanism, strengthens the People＇s Proeuratorate to investigate the measure and the detection method control and so on.
