摘 要:Mg^2+是植物细胞中含量最丰富的二价阳离子,在植物体内起重要作用。在模式植物拟南芥中,已发现一个拥有10个成员的基因家族-AtMGT,其中一些成员已被鉴定出具Mg^2+转运功能。实验以该家族中的At—MGT4为研究对象,将AtMGT4的cDNA与含有35s启动子的pBI121载体融合,构建过表达载体pBi121-At—MGT4。通过农杆菌浸染的方法,获得过表达植株。观察发现,部分过表达植株具有叶卷曲、花簇生、矮化和晚花等特异表型。Magnesium( Mg^2+ ) is the most abundant divalent cation in plant cells and plays a critical role in many physiological processes in plants. Le-gong Li identified a lO-member Arabidopsis gene family (AtMGT) encoding putative Mg^2+ transport proteins. Some members of the AtMGTs were proved to have Mg^2+ transport activities. This work mainly studies AtMGT4, one of the ten members of AtMGT gene family, by fusing the eDNA of AtMGT4 and pBI121 vector that contains 35 S promoter to form overexpression vector pBI121-AtMGT4, pBI121-AtMGT4 transgenetie plants were obtained by floral dip mediated by Agrobacteriurn. By observation, we discovered that some of the transgenetic plants had particular phenotypes, such as curling leaves, clustering clustered flowers, dwarfing and late flowering, etc.
