摘  要:为了寻找R113的适当替代介质,对许多介质进行了物性和工作特性等研究分析。VxF4310作为一种新介质,其物性与R113接近。本文对VxF4310在300MW汽轮发电机中的工作特性和冷却效果进行了模拟分析,详细讨论了不同工况下的压降、温度等的变化趋势,并对其不稳定性进行了讨论。通过分析和讨论,可得出VxF4310应用于蒸发冷却电机在理论上是可行的,基本上可满足冷却需要。本文的研究结果为VxF4310的实际应用提供了理论基础。Some new refrigerants are sought and researched to be substituents for R113, as the coolant in the evaporative cooling generator. The aim of this paper is to analyze the work characteristic of VxF4310, a new refrigerant, in 300MW turbine generator stator by simulation. The variation tendency of pressure drop, temperature changing and etc., under different work conditions were analyzed. From the analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that the application of VxF4310 is feasible theoretically and fulfills the cooling requirement of the 300MW turbine-generator stator. The conclusion will provide the theoretical basis for the design of actual application in the future.
