摘 要:本文采用自行设计的板板式介质阻挡放电(DBD)反应器,在常温常压条件下转化氢氧混合气体直接合成过氧化氢。系统考察了介质种类,介质厚度及气隙间距对氧气转化率、过氧化氢选择性、收率及能量效率的影响。发现石英是合成过氧化氢反应器的适宜介质,介质厚度及气隙间距对合成过氧化氢的收率及能量效率有显著影响。当介质厚度与气隙间距均为2.0mm,注入功率为9.1W时,过氧化氢收率及能量效率分别达到20.6%和5.5gH2O2/kWh。The effects of dielectric barrier, dielectric thickness and gas gap distance of plate-plate type dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor on the direct synthesis of hydrogen peroxide were studied under ambient conditions. Results show that all the dielectric nature, dielectric thickness and gas gap distance have pronounced effects on the synthesis of hydrogen peroxide. Compared with other dielectric materials studied, quartz is more suitable for hydrogen peroxide synthesizing. Using the appropriate thickness of quartz dielectric and gas gap distance can improve the yield of hydrogen peroxide and energy efficiency of the reactor. When both the dielectric thickness and gas gap are 2.0 mm, and the input power is 9.1W, the yield of H2O2 and energy efficiency of the reactor can reach 20.6% and 5.5gH2O2/kWh respectively.
