摘　　要：莲香早是江西省农业科学院水稻研究所利用晚籼优质稻923辐射后产生的早熟株与早籼优质稻中鉴98-19杂交经系谱多代选育成的一个籼型优质香稻品种,在赣中南可以作早稻和晚稻种植,在赣北可以作晚稻种植。在多点试验示范中表现出较好的丰产性、稳定性,并且适应性广。由于该品种米质优,有香味,口感可与923相媲美,表现出很好的市场前景。2009年3月通过了江西省品种审定。介绍了莲香早的选育经过、主要特征特性及栽培技术要点。＂Lianxiangzao＂ is a fragrant indica rice cultivar with high grain quality. By using pedigree method, ＂Lianxiangzao＂ was bred from the crossed progeny between an early mutant of the radiated late indiea quality rice ＂923＂ and early indica quality rice ＂Zhongjian 98 -19＂ at Rice Research Institute, Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In Jiangxi province, this cultivar can be planted as early or late season rice in the central and south region while as late season rice in the north. ＂Lianxiangzao＂ performed ideal high and stable yield and adaptability in multi -site trials. This cultivar has excellent market value due to its fine grain quality, aroma and good taste. ＂Lianxiangzao＂ was registered in Jiangxi province in March, 2009. This paper introduced its breeding process, main characteristics and technical essentials for cultivation.
