摘  要:采用勿忘我蓝A和蓝B作为材料来源,通过外植体分化出不定芽。在相同起始培养基中蓝A产生不定芽效果比蓝B好。再以MS和1/2MS为基本培养基,进行增殖培养和生根培养的研究。试验结果表明:蓝A和蓝B均在MS+6-BA0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L上增殖倍数最高,蓝A在MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L上小苗叶色绿、长势良好,蓝B在MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L上小苗叶色浓绿、长势良好;蓝A和蓝B生根的最适配方均为1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L;勿忘我小苗蓝A和蓝B都是在腐殖土∶珍珠岩∶木屑=2∶2∶1的介质上移栽成活率高。In this experiment, the tissue culture techniques ofLimoniurn sinuatum were studied. The results indicated that L/monium sinuatum - A generated adventitious buds better than Limonium sinuatum - B on the same basic medium. On MS + 6 - BA 0.4 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L, both Limonium sinuatum - A and Limonium sinuatum - B had the highest proliferation times, the plantlets of Limonium sinuatum - A grew well and their color was green on MS + 6 - BA 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L, and the plantlets of Limonium sinuatum - B grew well and their color was thick - green on MS + 6 - BA 0.2 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L. The best medium for root- age of both Limonium sinuatum - A and Limonium sinuatum - B was 1/2MS + NAA 0.3 mg/L. The optimum substrate for transplantation of the plantlets of Limonium sinuatum - A and Limonium sinuatum - B was humus(2) : perlite(2) : sawdust( 1 ).
