摘　　要：综述了免疫胶体金技术的原理、特点以及斑点金免疫渗滤法、胶体金免疫层析法在临床诊断上的应用研究进展,并分析了该技术存在的问题及发展趋势。The article summarized the principle, advantage of immune colloidal gold technique, analyzed the application and research progress of DIGFA and GICA in clinical diagnosis, and discussed the existent problems and the future developmental trend of the technology.
