摘　　要：目的探讨氨力农在不同输液中的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定氨力农的含量,观察配伍液的外观颜色变化并测定pH。结果24h内氨力农在生理盐水中的含量下降不超过5%;在5%葡萄糖注射液中的含量低温下降10%左右,室温下降近20%,高温下降达30%。结论氨力农不宜加入到葡萄糖注射液中使用。Objective To study the compatible stability of amrinone in different kinds of intravenous transfusion. Methods The ultraviolet spectrum analysis was used to determine the content of amrinone, and the appearance, pH values were also examined. Results The content of amirone varied no more than 5 percent in Sodium Chloride Injection within 24h. But the content reduced 10% in 5% Dextrose Injection at 4 ℃, 20% at room temperature, 30 percent at 40 ℃. Conclusion Amirone added in 5% Dextrose Injection is incompatible.
