高效液相色谱法测定风湿灵胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定风湿灵胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为272nm,柱温为30℃。结果龙胆苦苷进样量在0.0952～0.9520μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.16%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于风湿灵胶囊的含量测定。Objective To establish the determination method of gentiopicrin in Fengshiling Capsules by HPLC. Methods HPLC was adopted with Kromasil C18（250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）at the temperature of 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（15 ： 85） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. AUV-detector at 272 nm was used. Results Gentiopicrin showed the good linear relationship in the range of 0.0952-0.9520μg, r=0. 999 9（ n = 5）. The average recovery rate was 98.86%, RSD=1.86%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Fengshiling Capsules.
