摘 要:以中温沥青为原料,二甲苯作溶剂,采用溶剂离心法对其进行脱除QI试验研究。考察了沥青QI粒度分布、溶剂比对沥青溶液的流体沥青性能、分离效果、净化收率的影响规律。结果表明:多数喹啉不溶物粒度在2μm附近;随着溶剂比的增加,溶液黏度、密度逐渐降低,有利于离心脱除;由于甲苯不溶物随残渣大量析出,净化沥青收率随溶剂比增大而逐渐降低;在溶剂比0.86,离心分离时间16min,离心机转速2000r/min条件下,净化沥青中的喹啉不溶物含量可降到0.03%,收率大于84%。与其他技术相比,溶剂消耗少,净化沥青QI含量低,收率大幅提高。There are large amount of quinoline- insoluables(QI) in coal tar pitch, which needs to be removed completely. The quinolineinsolubles in a medium coal tar pitch were separated by solventcentrifugal method using xylene as the solvent. Experiment has been carried out to investigate the particle size distribution of QI, effect of solvent ratio on solution property, separation of QI and the yield of purified pitch. The results show that the size of most QI particles is about 2μm, and increased solvent ratio can reduce the viscosity and density of solution remarkably, which is helpful to QI separation. The yield of purified pitch also decreases since the tolune- insolubles(TI) separate out with QI residue while increasing the solvent ratio. The content of QI of purified pitch can be reduced to 0. 03%, and the yield of purified pitch is more than 84% under the condition of solvent ratio 0. 86 and rotating speed 2000' r/min for 16 min. Compared with the other techniques, the solvent-centrifugal method possesses advantages such as low solvent comsumption , lower QI content and higher pitch yield.
