摘　　要：从公认的评估或评价就是评定价值的概念以及由此引出的评估模式出发,依据体育赛事和评估本身的特点,实际评价工作中涉及的价值创造,阐述体育赛事评估的目标和理念应是"评定价值、创造价值"。这一评价理念的提出,有利于评价与创新相结合、评价模式和方法的选择及改进、体育赛事评估的开展、体育赛事价值的创造和提高。Starting from the generally-recognized concept of evaluation or estimation being assessment of value as well as the evaluating mode led from it and according to the characteristics of sports competitions and evaluation itself and creation of value touched in practical evaluation, it set forth that the aim and idea of evaluating sports competitions should be ＂assessing value and creating value＂, which would be beneficial to the combination of assessment with innovation, to the selection and improvement of evaluating mode and methods, to carrying out the evaluation of sports competitions, and to the creation and enhancement of the value of sports competitions as well.
