摘 要:随着信息技术的发展,电台数量日益增多,电磁对抗激烈,造成电磁频谱资源日益紧张,如何从有限的频谱资源中选择最佳通信信道,已成为当今通信领域的研究热点,"卡茨"探测系统正是为此应运而生。本文前两部分就"卡茨"探测系统基本原理和技术特点及其在频率管理上应用布置形式进行具体阐述,最后一部分从应用效果上验证了"卡茨"探测系统的优越性。With the development of the information technology, the number of broadcasting station is increasing day and day. The fierce confronting of electromagnetism makes the ether spectrum much more crowded than before. How to chose the best channel in the limited Spectrum resource has become a hot topic in communication region. The CURTS deteching systerm comes out in this enviroment. The firs part of this paper discusses the based principle of CURTS deteching systerm and its technical traits as well as its using in spectrum managemet. The second part of this paper verifys the validity of CURTS deteching systerm through its technical applyment.
