摘 要:以间苯二甲酸为起始原料经酯化、肼解得到相应的间苯二甲酰肼,进一步与芳香醛缩合,合成了6种尚未见文献报道的间苯二甲酰腙类目标化合物,其结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR确证。利用UV-Vis考查了目标化合物与6种阴离子的识别作用,实验结果表明,部分主体分子能较好的识别F-、CH3COO-,溶液的颜色及吸收光谱均发生很大变化,利用其颜色变化实现了裸眼检测。同时探讨了主体分子与阴离子可能的结合模式。Six 1,3-benzyldiacyl hydrazone derivatives with sym- metrical structure had been designed and synthesized via condensation of m-benzyldiacyl hydrazine obtained after reaction of m- phthalic acid with various aromatic aldehydes and were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1HNMR. The UV-Vis spectro- metric studies on receptors' eolorimetrie sensors for anions were presented. As a result, some receptors can recognize F- and CH3COO- radicals .The color and absorption spectra of the solu- tion showed tremendous changes that were clearly visible to the naked eye. At the same time the possible mode for binding recep- tor with the anions was also discussed.
