摘　　要：以2-氯-4-三氟甲基嘧啶和氨水或取代胺为原料合成了标题化合物。反应以乙醇为溶剂,n(取代胺)∶n(2-氯-4-三氟甲基嘧啶)=4∶1,在110℃反应10 h,标题化合物收率约78%。分别用1HNMR和元素分析对新化合物进行了表征。The synthesis of N-substitued-4-tritluoromethylpyrimi- dinyl-2-amines was studied using 2-chloro-4-trlfluoromethylpyfi-midine and ammonium hydroxide or substituted amines as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows： a ratio of n（amines） ： n （2-ehloro-4-trifluoromethylpyrimidine） = 4 ： 1, a reaction temperature of 110℃ ,and a reaction time of 10 h in the presence of ethanol as the solvent. The yield of N-subtitued-4-tri- fluoromethylpyrimidinyl-2-amines was about 78%. Structures of new compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR and elemental analysis.
