摘　　要：文章根据软件工程的设计理论,对项目的背景和系统的现状进行了较为细致的调查。该系统采用单机多用户的开发模式,实现了房屋产权公司办理房产业务和日常办公业务的计算机管理,实现业务数据的输入、查询、修改、报表的输出打印功能,使用Visual FoxPro 6.0作为数据库建立和应用程序的综合开发工具,借助其强大的面向对象可视化环境,从而最终实现出较为完善的系统。The paper researches the background of project and system present state according to the software project theory. The system uses one computermulti users way to develop, the housing and administrative managing could be implemented by computer with the aid of this management system. The data input, query, statistics, modification, printing, and use Visual FoxPro 6.0 as a integrate tool of creating database and developing application program by its powerful visual, object - oriented environment. So it designs a perfect system finally.
