摘  要:在苗期,以NaCl致死浓度为评价指标,从15个菜用大豆栽培品种中筛选出2个耐盐品种(绿领特早、天峰);2个盐敏感品种(理想高产95-1、绿领3号);其余为中等耐盐品种。并进一步鉴定了其中耐盐级别不同的3个品种绿领特早、台湾75、理想高产95-1苗期和结荚期的耐盐性,分析了其叶片的抗氧化酶活性和膜脂过氧化特性。结果显示:绿领特早在苗期和结荚期均比台湾75、理想高产95-1耐盐性较强,而台湾75的耐盐性又强于理想高产95-1;NaCl胁迫下,菜用大豆叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均与其耐盐性强弱有关,耐盐性强的品种的抗氧化酶活性在胁迫前期显著升高,且能长时间保持较高活性,MDA含量除胁迫15 d时显著升高外,其余时期均与对照(仅施营养液,无NaCl)无显著差异,而台湾75和理想高产95-1的抗氧化酶活性受到显著抑制,MDA含量除个别时期未受影响外,其余时期均显著升高。表明以NaCl致死浓度为评价指标筛选出的耐盐级别不同的3个菜用大豆品种在苗期和结荚期的耐盐性是一致的,NaCl胁迫下叶片保护酶活性和MDA含量与品种耐盐特性有关,耐盐品种由于其保护酶活性受到显著诱导而使MDA含量维持在较低水平。Taking NaCl lethal concentration as evaluation index for salt tolerance of vegetable soybean seedlings. Two salt tolerant and two salt susceptible cultivars were selected from 15 vegetable soybean cuhivars. Three cultivars, Lfilingtezao,Taiwan 75 and Lixianggaochan 95-1, representing tolerant, susceptible and intermediate-tolerant, respectively, were chosen for further evaluation of salt tolerance both at seedling and podding stages, and their activities of antioxidant enzymes and membrane lipid peroxidation characteristics in leaves were investigated as well. The salt tolerant level of Lulingtezao both at seedling and podding stages were higher than that of Taiwan 75 whose tolerance was higher than that of Lixianggaochan 95-1. Under NaCl stress, SOD, POD, CAT and APX activities, and MDA content in soybean leaves related to their salt tolerant levels. Antioxidant enzyme activity of the NaCl tolerant cultivar Ltilingtezao increased significantly in comparison with its control ( No NaCl stress) at earlier stages of salinization and the higher activity was maintained for prol-onged time. MDA contens in the three cultivars were not affected except for the fifteenth day of NaCl stress when the content was increased significantly. On the contrary, antioxidant enzyme activities of the Taiwan 75 and Lixianggaochan 95-1 were inhibited remarkably, and their MDA contents rose significantly as a whole. In conclusion, taking NaCl lethal concentration as evaluation index for salt tolerance,the salt tolerant levels at seedling stage of the three cuhivar were consistent with those at podding stage. Under NaCl stress, activities of protective enzymes and MDA content in the leaves of vegetable soybean related to their salt tolerance levels. During NaCl stress,the protective enzyme activity of the cultivar resistant to NaCl stress was induced significantly,which resulted in a low level of MDA content.
