摘  要:以耐盐性较强的葫芦品种超丰抗生王为砧木,以盐敏感型的小型西瓜品种秀丽为接穗,研究了嫁接对小型西瓜生长、膜脂过氧化及渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:与自根苗相比,嫁接苗株高、茎粗、鲜重、干重等生长指标的受抑制程度较低;嫁接显著提高了NaCl胁迫下西瓜叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性;降低了O2-.产生速率及丙二醛(MDA)含量;显著提高了叶片中游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质等渗透物质的含量。试验结果说明,嫁接可明显提高西瓜幼苗植株的耐盐性。The effects of NaCl stress on the growth, membrane lipid oxidation and the contents of osmoregulation substance of grafted plants and scion-root plants of mini-watermelon were studied with a salt-tolerant cucurbit variety Chaofengkangshengwang as the root stock and a nonsalt-tolerant mini-watermelon variety Xiuli as the scion. It was shown that under NaCl stress, the grafted seedlings got lightly inhibited, the superoxide dismutase(SOD) , peroxidase (POD) , catalase(CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activities in the leaves of the grafted plants were significantly higher than those in the leaves of scion-root plants, the O2^- producing rate and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the leaves of the grafted plants were significantly lower than those in the leaves of the scion-root plants, and the membrane lipid oxidation in the grafted plants was weaker than that in the scion-root plants ; the contents of such osmotic substances such as free proline, soluble protein in the leaves of the grafted plants were significantly higher than those in the leaves of the scion-root plants. The above results proved that the grafted plants performed better in salt tolerance than the scion-root plants.
