摘 要:以甲醛、环硫氯丙烷为交联剂,由壳聚糖合成了一种新型的交联壳聚糖微球(FCCTS)分离树脂,研究了不同条件下FCCTS对Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附性能。在pH3.6时FCC喝对Ag(Ⅰ)定量吸附,吸附在树脂上的Ag(Ⅰ)可用0.5mol/L的氨水将其洗脱,用火焰原子吸收光谱测定。该法对Ag(Ⅰ)的检出限为61ng/mL(3a,n=8),相对标准偏差为2.2%(n=7,P=2μg/mL),线性范围为0.05。4μg/mL,加标回收率在98.8%~101.7%之间。该法已用于水样中痕量银测定。A novel crosslinked chitosan resin (FCCTS) was synthesized by Chitosan and formaldehyde and chloromethylthiirane. The adsorption kinetics and adsorption equilibrium of Ag(I) on FCC1S resin under different conditions were studied. The results showed that Ag(I) could be adsorpted by FCCTS at pH 3.6 and eluted from FCCTS with 8 mL of 0.5 mol/L hartshom, and then determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). A method for concentration and separation of Ag(]-) was proposed under the optimum experimental conditions. The relative standard deviation of the method was found to be 2.2%. And the limit of detection (30, n = 8) of the method was found to be 61 ng/L. The linear range was between 0.05μg/mL and 4 μg/mL. The recoveries were in the range of 98.8% - 101.7%. The method has been applied to the detemaination of silver in water samples with satisfactory results.
