摘 要:以1.0mol/LHNO3作为提取剂,用氢化物发生.原子荧光法(HG-AFS)测定提取液中砷的含量,建立了原煤中有效态砷的提取方法。考察了提取剂浓度、超声提取时间、液固比对原煤中有效态砷的提取效果的影响,在提取剂HNO3浓度为1mol/L,超声提取时间1h,液固比为15:1时提取效果最好。样品加标回收率为95.8%~98.0%。方法的线性范围为20~100ng/mL,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.63ng/mL(3σ,n=11)。A method for extracting the available species of As in raw coal by i. 0 mol/L HNO3 and quantifying by HGAFS has been developed. The experimental conditions were discussed, such as extractant concentration, ultrasonic extracting time, liquid-solid ratio. The results suggested that the optimal technical conditions were as follows: 1.0 mol/L HN03 as extracting reagent, the ratio of extracting reagent to materials was 15 : 1, extraction time for 1.0 h. The recoveries of As in samples were 95.8% - 98.0%. The linear range of As was 20 - 100 ng/mL, the correlation coefficient for As derivatives was 0.9999, the detection limit was 0.63 ng/mL (3σ, n = 11 ).
