摘　　要：就业是我国今后一个时期需要着力解决的现实问题。本文认为解决就业问题要立足于基本国情,坚持就业优先战略,认真研究解决稳定和扩大就业的相关问题,努力实现全社会相对充分就业。Job creation is an important policy priority for a considerable period of time in China. Policy makers should take into consid- eration of the basic situation in China, adhere to the policy of ＂job creation first,＂ seriously study issues related to stablizing and expanding employment, and strive to realize the goal of relative full employment in the economy.
