政府隐性知识转化的实证研究

摘　　要：在企业中应用知识管理,特别是对隐性知识实施管理,已取得了一些成功的经验。政府在行政管理中如果能引进知识管理,特别是进行隐性知识管理,那么政府的应变能力和处理公共事务的能力将会有较大幅度的提升。对隐性知识的管理重在实现对隐性知识的转化。为了寻找政府隐性知识转化的有效路径,我们对辽宁省五个城市的政府机构进行了有针对性的调查研究;并根据调查结果提出了政府隐性知识转化的路径。Some successful experience in applying knowledge management, especially tacit knowledge management has achieved in the business. If it was introduced in the process of government, the ability of adapting and dealing with the public affairs of the government will be improved significantly. To realize the transformation of tacit knowledge, it is important to carry out tacit knowledge management first. In order to seek the valid way of transformation, several government organizations in five cities of Liaoning province have been investigated. The goal of the article is to draw a conclusion according to the investigation, and then provide a new idea for researching the route of the transformation of the government tacit knowledge.
