摘  要:采用化学反应共沉淀法制备出金属Al及Y-Al复合掺杂的α-Ni(OH)2粉体样品,采用XRD,TG-DTG,EDS和IR手段对样品的结构进行了表征,并测试了样品作为电极活性材料的电化学性能。结果发现,与掺10%Al样品相比,复合掺杂5%Y和10%Al的α-Ni(OH)2具有更大的层间距,晶格间有较多的结晶水,电极反应具有更好的可逆性和较小的电化学阻抗,样品电极材料组成的MH-Ni电池,在以80mA.g-1恒电流充电6h,20mA.g-1恒电流放电,终止电压为1.0V的充放电制度下,放电比容量达到388.01mAh.g-1,同时放电中值电压较高并稳定于1.29V。The Y-Al and Al doped α-Ni (OH)2 was prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. The structures were characterized by XRD, EDS, TG-DTG and IR, the electrochemical properties were also investigated. The results showed that the sample had a relatively large interlayer distance and contained much crystal water in crystal lattice. The electrochemical tests demonstrated that when the mole ratio of Y and Al in the sample was 10% and 5% respectively the Y- Al and Al doped α-Ni (OH)2 exhibited good electrochemical reversibility and small impedance. In addition, after charging for 6 h at current 80 mA·g^-1 ,then discharging at current 20 mA ·g^-1, the end potential was 1.0 V, the discharge specific capacity of the sample reached 388.01 mAh·g^-1, and its discharge mediate potential maintained at 1.29 V.
