摘  要:研究312树脂吸附钒的过程,结果表明:pH值与钒在溶液中的赋存状态有关,且pH值对312树脂吸附钒的影响很大,在pH=2.0时吸附效果最好。吸附交换速率主要受液膜扩散控制,表观吸附速率常数k298=2.07×10-5s-1。吸附过程遵循Freundlich方程;吸附热力学参数ΔH=9.26kJ.mol-1,ΔS=53.59J.mol-.1K-1,ΔG298=-6.71kJ.mol-1,表观吸附活化能Ea=62.5kJ.mol-1,可用4%NaOH溶液解吸。The adsorption behavior and mechanism of 312 resin for vanadium were studied. The results indicated that pH had a great effect on the adsorption of 312 resin for vanadium, and the largest adsorption amount was obtained at pH value of 2. 0. The exchange -adsorption rate was mainly controlled by liquid film diffusion. The apparent adsorption rate constant was k298 = 2.07 × 10^-5 s^-1 The adsorption behavior of 312 resin for vanadium obeyed the Freundlich isotherm. The adsorption parameters of thermodynamic were △H=9.26 kJ·mol^-1, △S =53.59 J·mol^-1·K^-1, △G298 = - 6.71 kJ ·mol^-1 respectively. The apparent adsorption activation energy was 62.5 kJ·mol^-1. Vanadium adsorbed on 312 resin could be desorbed by 4.0 mol·L^-1 NaOH.
