二维及彩色血流显像对大隐静脉射频闭合术后的随访价值

摘　　要：目的探讨大隐静脉曲张射频闭合术后随访过程中二维及彩色血流显像的声像图特点及其价值。 方法38例（共45条患肢）大隐静脉曲张行射频闭合术的患者，于术前1周内，术后1周、1、3、6、12个月行彩色超声检查。观察其二维图像及血流信号的随时间的演变规律。 结果术后3个月96％～98％的患者大隐静脉可基本闭合，无血流显示，6个月后有7％的再通。 结论彩色多普勒超声在大隐静脉曲张射频闭合术后的随访中有重要的价值。Objective To discuss the characteristics and value of 2D and color Doppler imaging after radiofrequency treatment of varicosis great saphenous vein during the follow up. Methods 38 cases including 45 limbs received the radiofrequency treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein. All the patients had received the ultrasonography before a week, after a week, a month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, and had been observed the evolution rule of two dimension and color Doppler imaging. Results The closure rate was 96%-98 % of all varicosis great saphenous veins and had little blood flow after 3 months, and the recanalization rate was 7% after 6 months. Conclusions 2D and color Doppler imaging have significant value after radiofrequency treatment of varicosis great saphenous vein during the follow-up.
