摘　　要：通过对血透室护理风险因素进行识别、评估,归纳出血透室主要的护理风险有:用错透析器,管道滑脱或受压,超滤量不准确,药物使用及病人的管理不当等。措施有:规范管理,制定专科风险及防范措施,重视细节及特殊病人的管理,加强护理制度及人员的管理。不断识别风险是确保安全的前提,风险管理使管理者的观念得到了提升,提高了护士的防范意识和主观能动性,规范了护理行为。Pass to distinguish and access the risk factors of nursing in hemodialysis room,inducing to the main nursing risk of hemodialysis room include：With the wrong dialyzer, the pipeline slips to take offor to be subjected to press, the amount of ultrasiltrated prohibit indeed, the medicine usage is not appropriate and the management of patients etc. The measures：the norm manage, drawing up the specialty risk and guarding against the measure, valuing the management of the detail management and special patient, strengthenning the nursing system and the personnel＇s managements. Think identify the risk continuously was a promise that insures the safety, the risk management makes the govemor＇s idea get the change, raising the nurse to guard against the consciansness and subjective could move sex, norm nursing behavior.
