摘  要:采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟实验机,研究了不同变形条件下U71Mn,REⅡ重轨钢动态再结晶行为及微合金元素RE对其的影响。实验结果表明:变形温度越高,变形速率越低,动态再结晶越容易发生;由于微合金元素RE的作用,使REⅡ的动态再结晶开始时间延长,变形奥氏体的动态再结晶的名义激活能提高,对奥氏体的动态再结晶起到抑制作用。The dynamic recrystallization of U71 Mn, REⅡ heavy rail steels under different deformation conditions and effect of microalloying elements RE on dynamic reerystallization of U71 Mn, RE Ⅱ steels were investigated by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine. The experimental results showed that dynamic recrystallization occurred more easily under the eondition of higher deformation temperature and lower deformation rate. Because of the effect of RE, the starting time of dynamic recrystallization of REⅡ was put off, while the activation energy of dynamic recrystallization was increased and the dynamic recrystallization of austenitic was controlled.
