摘　　要：分析了某电信大楼部分电信设备用房空调效果差的原因,是由该大楼冷冻水系统水力不平衡所造成,实测并理论进行了分析。Pool effect of the air conditioning system in equipment room, telecom building is analysed. It turned out to be the hydraulic unbalance of the chilled water system resulted in the running fault of the central air conditioning system. Theoretic analysis is done with experimental data of the project.
