摘  要:利用碱法从南方毛竹原料中分离出半纤维素,并对其进行阳离子化改性。研究了阳离子化半纤维素作为阳离子造纸助剂对漂白桉木浆成纸性能的影响。结果表明:相对于添加半纤维素,在纸浆悬浮液中加入阳离子化半纤维素可使纸张的机械强度提高更大。当其用量为1%时,成纸的抗张指数和撕裂指数提高最多,可分别提高19.6%和30.6%;成纸的耐破指数在其用量为2%时提高幅度最大,达29.1%;添加该助剂后对成纸的白度无影响。当浆料打浆度在30—45°SR时,阳离子化半纤维素对成纸的抗张指数和撕裂指数提高较大,耐破指数在打浆度为30—50°SR时提高较大。Cationic hemicellulose was prepared through modification of hemicellulose separated from south phyllostachys by alkali liquor. The cationic hemicellulose was then used as paper additive and its effect on bleached eucalyptus pulp handsheet properties was studied. The results indicated that adding the cationic hemicellulose could increase paper mechanical strengths, and its effect was better than that by the original hemicellose. At the dosage of 1% on oven dried pulp, paper tensile index and tear index can be enhanced about 19.6% and 30.6% respectively; and at the dosage of 2%, paper burst index was increased about 29.1%. The addition of the cationic hemieellulose had little effect on paper brightness. The cationic hemieeelulose had good performance in improving paper tensile index and tear index, when the beating degree of pulp was in the range of 30 -45°SR, and burst index was improved obviously with the beating degree range of 30 - 50°SR.
