摘 要:本文以木薯秆为原料,采用批量单相厌氧发酵的工艺,初步探讨了影响木薯秆厌氧发酵的因素,同时在研究了几种不同生物质原料厌氧发酵制取沼气的基础上,分析了原料的热值、理论沼气转化率及实际沼气转换率,并比较了直接燃烧与制取沼气的有效热值,及木薯秆固液分离发酵与混合发酵的有效热值。结果表明,木薯秆原料尺寸为60—100目、pH值保持中性、温度为37℃、污泥加入量占有效池容的20%~40%为宜。几种原料制取沼气比直接燃烧的有效热值均高出1倍以上,且木薯秆经固液分离后发酵产沼气的有效热值比混合发酵高出三分之一以上。The influencing factors of anaerobic fermentation with cassava stem were approached elementarily with the technology of batch single-phase anaerobic fermentation in this paper. At the same time, based on the study of anaerobic fermentation with several different biomass materials, the heating value, the theoretical biogas conversion rate and the actual biogas conversion rate were analyzed, and the effective calorific values between direct combustion and biogas making were compared. Simultaneously, the effective calorific values of solid-liquid separation fermentation and direct fermentation were also compared. The results showed that the fermentation technology of the cassava stalk was better under the condition of the pore size 60 to 100 mesh, pH value neutral, the temperature 37 ℃ , joined the active sludge accounted.for the pool of 20% to 40% effective capacity of the bottle. The effective calorific value of biogas making was more than one time of that of direct combustion, and the effective colorific value of solid-liquid separation fermentation was one third more than that of mixed fermentation.
