摘 要:采用微波辐射技术研究从稻草中提取乙酸木质素的工艺。考察了稻草/乙酸固液比例、微波辐射功率、辐射时间、催化剂用量等对木质素提取效果的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:固液比为1∶10,微波辐射功率为500W,辐射时间为40m in,催化剂用量为0.32%时,木质素提取液的吸光度达到1.878,并且验证性试验的结果很稳定,乙酸木质素的粗提取率为72.18%。The microwave irradiation(MI) process to extract acetic acid lignin from straw had been studied. The influence factors, such as the ratio of solid to liquid, MI power, irradiation time, dose of catalyst were studied. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 10g straw sample, microwave irradiation power 400W, irradiation time 40min, ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 10(m/v),0.32% dose of concentrated sulphuric acid. The absorbency of lignin extracting solution was 1. 878, the result of repeated experiment was stable, and the yield of crude acetic acid lignin is 72.18%.
