商丘市城镇体育人口现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对商丘市城镇体育人口的发展现状进行调查研究.结果表明:商丘市城镇体育人口年龄结构不均衡,体育人口文化程度较高,体育人口中非体力劳动者职业分布比较均衡,以体力劳动为主的群体参与体育锻炼程度较低,在锻炼项目上以场所容易获得、消费较少的"走"和"跑步"为主,锻炼的动机主要是为了获得身体生理机能方面的提高,且整体体育消费水平较低.By using the methods of documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistic, the paper made a research on the development status of the town sport population in Shangqiu. The results show ： the age structure of the sport population this area is unbalanced; their education level is higher; the vocation distribution of nonmanual workers of them is comparatively in balance, however, the manual workers do little exercises; walking and running which are the sports developed easier and expending lower are more choosed by the people in this area; to improve the physiological function is the mainly purpose of them; the exercise consumption level is lower.
