三种农药混剂对家蚕的毒性评价和中毒症状观察

摘　　要：采用食下毒叶法,测定了3种农药混剂对家蚕的毒性,并系统观察了3种混剂处理2龄家蚕后的中毒症状。结果表明:16%高氯·杀虫单水乳剂和0.6%残杀威·高效氯氰菊酯粉剂对家蚕的LC50值小于0.15mg/L,属剧毒级药剂,对家蚕有极高风险性;68%精甲霜灵·锰锌水分散粒剂的LC50值为2.91×103mg/L,属低毒级药剂,对家蚕的风险性较低。由不同杀虫剂引起的家蚕中毒症状表现出多种相似的特征,急性中毒主要特征有吐液、拒食、身体扭曲呈"C"或"S"形、静卧等。The acute toxicities of three kind of pesticide combinations against silkworm （Bombyxmori） were evaluated in the laboratory using the leaf dipping method. The toxic symptoms of silkworms after treatment with pesticides were systematically observed. The results indicated that the LC50 s of Beta-cypermethrin.monosuhap 16%EW and propoxur. Beta-cypermethrin 0.6%DP against the silkworms were lower than 0.15 mg/L, belonging to virulent toxicity grade; the LC50 of metalaxyl mefenoxam .mancozeb 68%WDG was 2.91×10^3 mg/L, belonging to low toxicity grade. The observation of toxic symptoms of silkworm to three kinds of combinations displayed similar symptoms, like vomiting, antifending, distorted, ＂C ＂ or ＂S ＂ shaped body and repose, etc.
