摘　　要：以传输网网络评估技术对目前国内本地传输网的需求和存在的问题进行分析,提出传输网优化的必要性,并对指标的定义、优化的流程、优化的实施等思路进行探讨。By the aid of transmission network evolution techniques, it analyzes the demand on local transmission network in China and the existing problems, points out the necessaries on transmission network optimization, and discusses the definition of the index, optimization procedures and implementation.
