摘　　要：针对"双溪模式"的推广问题,对重庆市江北区双溪村周边13个村的调查表明,农民在生产性贷款、长期有保障的土地流转、农村养老保险制度、降低教育成本等方面的需要十分迫切。尽管双溪模式中农民转市民和集中居住等政策得到周边农民普遍认可,但政府直接介入农村生产要素流动和经营过多,变革体制机制和提供公共服务的力度不够,提高了农民对政府的依赖性,降低了农民变革自身生产生活模式的主动性,在改革试验推进中必须有所突破。According to popularization of Shuangxi Mode, the survey on 13 villages around Shuangxi Village of Jiangbei District reveals that the farmers urgently need productive loan, long-term insured rural land transaction mechanism, rural pension insurance system and low cost education. Although the policies such as ＂residentialization of farmers＂ and ＂centralism housing＂ of Shuangxi Mode got universal approval in the farmers around, the government frequently intervened into the mobility and management of the rural factor, and reform mechanism and provision of service are not sufficient, which enhances the farmer＇ s dependence on government, and reduces their go-aheadism on changing their production and life mode by themselves. So there must be some breakthroughs in the further reform experiment.
