摘　　要：文章对FLEX编码体制作了比较详细的注释,同时讨论了FLEX编码系统设计的一些要素.主要内容包括FLEX编码系统在整个寻呼系统的地位和FLEX帧结构;FLEX的几个一般参数及FLEX的实现,其中包括与漫游相关的几个参数的讨论,如同播系统标识(SSID)、网络标识(NID)、帧偏置、最大跨帧数(Maximum Carry On)和系统信息发送等.Abstract: This paper is a detailed notation on FLEX coding system. The key points on design of FLEX coding system are discussed, including FLEX coding system' s position in the whole paging system and the structure of FLEX frame (in-cluding synchronizing bit, frame information word, block in-formation word, address field, vector field and information field). Several FLEX parameters are discussed (System Collapse Value, Traffic Management Flag, Carry On) and the implementation of FLEX is analyzed, including the discussion of FLEX and several roaming - related parameters, such as SSID, NID, Frame Offset, Maximum Carry On and the sending of system information.
