摘　　要：天津水泥工业设计研究院(以下简称天津院)在中国水泥工业发展的不同阶段都发挥了技术引领作用。近几年天津院已经完成从传统单一的设计院到集科研开发、工程设计与技术服务、机电设备制造与成套供货、工程总承包、备品备件物流为一体的大型科技集团的转变。装备产业在天津院四大业务平台中起支撑作用,现可提供20多种水泥生产专业装备的研发、制造、营销及技术服务,其范围包括水泥生产全过程的专业主机设备,包括原料破碎、均化、生料粉磨、生料均化、熟料烧成、水泥粉磨、水泥储存及发运、煤粉制备以及矿渣粉磨等水泥生产过程中的各种主机,还有与各系统相配套的环保设备,以及相关的电控设备。简要介绍了天津院开发设计的主要水泥技术装备。Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute （TCDRI） has played a leading role in the development of cement technologies in China. By means of rejecting the way of traditional institute mode only, TCDRI has in recent years integrated the research and development, engineering design and technical consulting, M＆E equipment manufacturing and completed set equipment supply, general contracting of EPC projects and spare parts supply. Equipment manufacture and supply is one of the important businesses of TCDRI. Now TCDRI is in a position to design, manufacture and supply the main equipment for all cement-manufacturing process including raw material crushing, raw materials prehomogennization, raw material grinding, raw meal homogenization, clinker burning, cement grinding, cement storage ＆ shipping, pulverized coal preparation, slag grinding and environmental protection etc. A general introduction to the main technical equipment devel- oped by TCDRI is given.
