摘 要:高压釜是压力精炼的核心部件,基于有限元分析结果对一压力精炼用大型、复杂高压釜进行优化设计。首先以重量最小化为目标,建立高压釜优化设计的数学模型;然后应用前处理软件Hy-permesh和有限元软件Abaqus建立高压釜的三维有限元模型;其次基于力学知识和高压釜结构及承受载荷特点,构造优化算法,并应用构造的优化算法对高压釜进行优化设计;最后依据JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》中的应力限制对优化设计获得的高压釜进行安全评定。评定结果表明设计的高压釜能够满足安全需要。The high pressure vessel is the core component of pressure refining. The paper carries out optimization design of a large and complex high pressure vessel, based on the finite element analysis results. Firstly, the mathematical model is constructed by taking the weight minimization as the optimization objective ; secondly, the 3 - D finite element model of the vessel is built by the preprocessing software Hypermesh and the commercial finite element software Abaqus; thirdly, based on the mechanics and the characteristics of the vessel structure and the load, the iterative formula of the optimization algorithm is given and is applied to the optimization design of the high pressure vessel; at last, the safety assessment of the optimized high pressure vessel is done according to JB 4732--1995. The results show that the designed pressure vessel can meet the safety requirement.
