摘  要:目的探讨不同重建函数核(function convolution,FC)对CT诊断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)准确性的影响。资料与方法用FC23和FC46不同FC将同组新生儿头颅CT的原始数据分别重建成两组图像,测量脑脊液、脑白质及脑灰质的CT值并行统计学处理,比较其对CT诊断HIE准确性的影响。结果FC23和FC46组脑脊液CT值分别为(6.25±2.81)HU、(16.11±3.35)HU,用配对t检验两组数据差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。FC23组脑脊液的CT值在正常参考值范围内,CT诊断HIE5例,与临床相符。FC46组脑脊液CT值高于正常参考值,CT诊断与临床不符。结论不同FC对CT诊断HIE的准确性有显著的影响,应选择FC23为HIE的FC。Objective To explore the influence on the CT diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) by various kernels. Materials and Methods The raw data of infant brain CT was reconstructed into two groups with kernels of FC (function convolution)23 and FC46. The CT value of cerebrospinal fluid, white matter and gray matter were analyzed statistically and compared their influencing on CT diagnosis of HIE. Results The CT value of cerebrospinal fluid was (6.25 ± 2.81 ) HU, ( 16.11 ± 3.35 ) HU respectively on FC23 and FC46 group. There was statistically significant difference between FC23 and FC46 group. In FC23 group, the CT value of cerebrospinal fluid was in the normal limits, 5 cases were diagnosed as HIE with CT, in FC46 group, the CT value of cerebrospinal fluid was higher than that of normal limits, no one was diagnosed as HIE with CT. Conclusion There is remarkable influence on CT diagnosis of HIE by various kernels, FC23 kernel is suitable to diagnose HIE.
