摘 要:采用强酸浸出-溶液萃取-硫酸反萃-氨水沉钒-煅烧制钒工艺流程,从河南某钒矿中湿法提取五氧化二钒。试验结果表明,在氧化剂氯酸钠用量为1%,磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占65%,浸出温度为90℃,液固比为1∶1,硫酸用量为30%,浸出时间为10 h的工艺条件下,钒的浸出率为92.50%。浸出液用P204、P507、TBP和磺化煤油溶液萃取、硫酸溶液反萃取,再经氧化、氨水沉淀、热解,得到纯度为98.56%的钒,总回收率在85%以上。To extract V2O5 from a navajoite mine in Henan, a flowsheet consisting of such processes performed by the sequencing as leaching by sulfuric acid, extraction by P204, stripping by sulfuric acid, vanadium depositing by ammonia water and calcination was adopted. The results show that, with the dosage for oxidant sodium chlorate of 1%, grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm about 65%, liquid-solid mass ratio of 1: 1, leaching temperature of 90 ~C, and leaching time of 10 h, about 92.50% of vanadium can be leached out by 30% of sulfuric acid. The leached solution was extracted further by P204 ,P507 ,TBP and sulfonated kerosene and stripped by sulfuric acid, and then, following the aforementioned procedure, a product with 98.56% V205 can be obtained, with total vanadium recovery more than 85%.
