摘  要:研究了聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)对铝酸钠溶液表面张力和种分分解过程的影响。结果表明,使用最大气泡法测定PAMAM对铝酸钠溶液的表面张力,根据表面活性剂的界面性质,可以得出1.5G(1.5代)、2.0G、2.5G PAMAM的临界胶束浓度分别为1300、250和175 mg/L;实验表明PAMAM能强化铝酸钠溶液种分分解过程,并可以明显提高产品+45μm粒子的体积分数。在3种不同代的PAMAM中,2.5G PAMAM在临界胶束浓度时,对铝酸钠溶液种分分解率的影响最大,并且改善产品粒度分布的效果也最显著。The influence of polyamidoamine (PAMAM) on surface tension and seed decomposition process in sodium aluminate solution was investigated. The results showed that the surface tension of sodium aluminate solution to PAMAM was determined by the biggest bubble method. According to the interface nature of the surfactant, the critical micelle concentration of 1.5G, 2.0G and 2.5G PAMAM was 1 300 mg/L, 250 mg/L and 175 mg/L respectively. The experimental results show that PAMAM can not only improve the seed decomposition process of sodium aluminate solution but also increase the volume fraction of + 45 μm particles of Al(OH) 3 products obviously. In 3 kind of different generation PAMAM, when concentration of 2.5G PAMAM reached the critical micelle concentration, the influence on the seed decomposition ratio of sodium aluminate solution was the biggest and the effect in improving size distribution of the products was also significant.
