吸水池进口结构对自由液面影响研究

摘  要:利用PIV试验和数值模拟两种方法研究了三种进口结构对吸水池自由液面的影响,试验利用PIV系统测量自由液面,数值模拟采用VOF两相流模型,并对两种方法进行了对比,发现数值模拟方法可以模拟自由液面的变化,在细部结构的刻画上需要改进。研究结果表明,三种进口结构收缩段后面的自由液面均发生了跌水现象,不同结构对自由液面的形态和吸水池内的湍流度影响很大,采用扩散锥管可以降低湍流度,台阶增加吸水池的湍流度,提出了在吸水池的进口设计上采用无台阶的扩散型。The effect of different inlet structure on the free water surface of the pump suction are investigated by numerical simulation and experiment. The free water surface is measured by PIV system and numerical simulation is based on the VOF two- phase model. We find that the free water surface is reproduced by numerical simulation, but it need to improve in detail compared the two methods. The drop of free water surface is evidenced in all the inlet model, and the flow pattern and turbulence intensity are effected by the inlet structure severely. The turbulence intensity is eliminated by the diffuser cone model and enhanced by the sidestep. The diffuser cone model without step is the suitable inlet model for pump suction sump.
