摘 要:蒸汽驱注采参数包括注汽温度、干度、压力、速度、采注比和生产井井底流压等,蒸汽驱开采效果是注采参数综合作用的结果,其影响机理比较复杂。采用常规的单因素优化设计方法可研究各因素单独变化时如何影响蒸汽驱效果,但对于多参数问题存在明显的缺陷,而正交数值试验是解决多因素问题的有效方法。采用正交设计确定注采参数的位级取值,利用正交表得到少量的组合方案,对方案进行数值试验,综合考虑技术和经济因素,定义了蒸汽驱开采效果的评价指标。采用直观分析方法确定最优的参数组合,数值试验表明,正交数值试验法得到的注采参数组合可达到最优的蒸汽驱开采效果。利用方差分析法得到注采参数的显著性排序,从大到小依次为:生产井井底流压>蒸汽干度>采注比>注汽速度>注汽温度>注汽压力。正交数值试验结果可为现场蒸汽驱注采参数的优化提供理论指导,具有实际意义。The injection and production parameters in steam flooding included steam injection temperature, quality, pressure, velocity, production injection ratio and flowing bottomhole pressure in production wells. The result of steam flooding was the effect of injection and production parameters, and the influencing mechanism was quite complex. Conventional single factor method can be used to study each factor influencing steam flooding when the factor was changed singly, but there existed obvious defects for multi-parameter problems. Orthogonal test was an effective method to resolve multi-factor problems. By determining the levels of value of injection-production parameters and getting a few combined projects by orthogonal table, numerical tests of these projects were carried out. The evaluation indicator was comprehensively considered and economic factors were defined to appraise steam flooding numerical test. It shows that the optimal combination of parameters determined by visual analysis method can achieve the optimal steam flooding effect. The significant order of parameters from variance analysis method is listed, flowing bottomhole pressure in production well > steam injection quality > production injection ratio> steam injection volume > steam injection temperature > steam injection pressure. The results of orthogonal numerical test can provide a theoretical guidance for injection and production parameter analysis optimization of steam flooding in the field, and also have some practical significance.
