摘  要:研究了聚硅酸硫酸铝铁(PSAFS)的制备方法,最佳制备工艺条件:A13+与Fe3+的摩尔比为7∶3,碱化度B*值为0.4,Si O2含量为0.30 mol/L且投加量为0.5%。絮凝效果影响因素主要包括:A13+与Fe3+的摩尔比,A13+、Fe3+与Si O2的摩尔比,碱化度(B*)和药剂投加量。现场应用表明,用PSAFS处理辽河油田酸化废水时有较好的去除效果。与原絮凝剂C-1相比,废水的除色率、除浊率和除油率有了明显的改善,除色率为74.4%,除浊率为96.8%,除油率达到89.5%,分别提高了9.3%、4.1%和1.4%,絮凝体的沉降时间由110 min缩短为3 min。The preparation of ploysilicate aluminium ferric sulphate was mainly studied, the optimum preparative condition was as follows: A13+/ Fe3+molar rate was 7∶3;degree of alkalization (B*) was 0.4;SiO2 concentration was 0.30mol/L and dosing quantity was 0.5%.The influencing factors of the flocculation were A13+/ Fe3+molar rate; A13+/ Fe3+/ SiO2 molar rate; degree of alkalization(B*) and dosing quantity of PSAFS . Field application shows that it is good for treating the acidulated wastewater in Liaohe Oilfield. Comparing with C-1, the removal rate of color, removal rate of turbidity and the remove rate of oil of wastewater are obviously improvement, the removal rate of color, the remove rate of turbidity and the remove rate of oil are separately enhanced by 9.3%,4.1% and 1.4%. The removal rate of color is 74.4%,the remove rate of turbidity is 98.5%, the remove rate of oil is 89.5%, the settling time of flocs is shortened from 110 minutes to less than 3 minutes
