摘  要:目的探讨四川汶川特大地震所致脊柱损伤的MRI表现特点。方法分析总结23例地震伤脊柱损伤的MRI表现。结果23例中,颈椎骨折3例,颈胸椎骨折1例,胸椎骨折9例,胸腰椎骨折3例,腰椎骨折3例,骶椎骨折1例,共34个椎体骨折。椎体骨挫伤12例;脊髓水肿、挫伤、血肿12例;椎间盘损伤4例;硬膜外血肿11例,硬膜下血肿1例,腰大肌、竖脊肌挫伤血肿8例。结论MRI能清楚显示地震伤脊柱损伤的各种病理改变。Objective To discuss the MRI features of spinal injuries in Wenchuan earthquake. Methods The MRI findings of 23 cases of spinal injuries caused by Wenchuan earthquake were analyzed retrospectively. Re- suits Fractures of 34 vertebral bodies were observed in these 23 patients including cervical injury ( 3 cases }, cervi- cothoracic injury ( 1 case ) , thoracic injury ( 9 cases ) , thoracolumbar injury ( 3 cases } , lumbar injury ( 3 cases ) and sa- cral injury( 1 case). Vertebral body contusion ( 12 cases) ,spinal cord injuries ( 12 cases) ,intervertebral disc inju- ries ( 4 cases ) , epidural haematoma ( 11 cases ) , subdural haematoma ( 1 case } , haematoma and contusion of pa- raspinal / retrovertebral muscles (8 cases) were found in MRI simultaneously. Conclusion Pathological changes of spinal injuries caused by earthquake can be reliably identified by MRI.
